If you decide to buy wine from us or use our website, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. In line with our no nonsense policy we have tried to make these as painless as possible and fair to both you and us. We may update these from time to time.

There are two easy ways to place your order:
ONLINE
The easiest way to place an order is view our wines through our online store. Choose the wines you would like to enjoy and add them your Shopping Cart. Once you have finished your ordering view your shopping cart and submit your order. You can choose to pay by PayPal if you have a paypal account alternatively you can pay by credit card using our secure PayWay system. Delivery will be made within 7-10 days of your order being processed.

View our offers online and keep a note of your selections. Simply phone us on 1800 800 847, 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday to place the order. We love hearing from our customers!
2. What if I'm not happy with the quality of a product?
Every wine we sell is covered by our 100% quality guarantee. If you receive a wine from us and it is in any way faulty (it does sometimes happen), on notification we will refund your money or offer a suitable substitution. If any bottles are broken in transit please notify us as soon as possible to arrange refund or replacement.
3. Do the prices online include GST and how can I pay?
All prices are in Australian dollars, and include GST. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Amex or PayPal. All advertised savings are based on independently recommended retail prices.
4. Does it cost extra for delivery?
No.Delivery within Australia is free. Our wine is delivered by Australia post. All orders can be delivered to any residential or business address (including PO Boxes), in remote locations you may have to pick up your wines from the depot in your nearest town. Australia Post normally deliver Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. If you are not going to be home at these times, Australia post will leave a card and you can pick it up from your local Post Office. A reminder card will be sent to you after 5 days. Cases not collected within 14 days of the initial attempted delivery will be returned to us. One of our friendly staff will contact you to arrange a further delivery. Unfortunately a delivery fee may be charged for the re-delivery. We allow 10 working days for delivery but depending on your location it may be much sooner.
PLEASE NOTE: UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT DESPATCH ORDERS OVERSEAS. DELIVERIES WITHIN AUSTRALIA ONLY.
5. Do I have to be over 18 to order?
Yes you do. The Liquor Act 2007 states that it is against the law to sell or supply liquor to, or to obtain liquor on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. By placing an order you are confirming that you are at least 18 years old.
6. If I sign up to regular deliveries do you contact me before each one?
If you choose to join one of our wine plans and receive a regular delivery every 3 months, you consent to us holding your credit card details for the purpose of obtaining payment for your regular delivery. We will dispatch your regular delivery automatically between the 5th and 15th of March, June, September & December.
7. Are my personal details protected?
If you choose to register on our website or order any of our products, you consent to us holding and using the information for the purpose of processing your order and to notify you of its delivery status. We also may contact you with future offers and services. We take your privacy very seriously. We will not sell, nor rent, nor lend your details to any other person or organisation. Should you ever wish to cease hearing from us, a simple phone call to 1800 800 847 or email us wines@corker.com.au and your details will be erased from out data base.
Both our Administration and Warehouse registered offices are located in Castle Hill NSW. Cork currently holds a Packaged Liquor Licence # LIQP770016564 and our ABN is 84 096 710 093.
