Every wine we sell is covered by our 100% quality guarantee.

If you receive a wine from us and it is in any way faulty (which can sometimes happen), on notification we will either refund your money, offer a suitable replacement or credit your account for future purchases. If any bottles are broken in transit and we have not already been notified by Australia Post please contact us as soon as possible to arrange refund or replacement.
