Our promise to you is that if you're not happy with any wine or it doesn't meed your expectation of value then tell us. We will pick up the remainder and refund or replace it with another wine.

If you receive a wine from us and it is in any way faulty (although rare,it does sometimes happen), on notification we will either refund your money, offer a suitable replacement or credit your account for future purchases.

Breakages

If any bottles are broken in transit please notify us as soon as possible to arrange refund or replacement. You may choose either to return the whole case for full replacement or just the affected bottles.

Substitution

Although very rare, occasionally due to unforeseen circumstances we may run out of a particular wine or vintage. If this happens we will substitute this wine for one of equal if not better quality and value, guaranteed.

Lost Wine

If your wine goes missing in transit, after investigation through Australia Post we will send you a replacement case free of charge providing you let us know within 30 days. The replacement case must be signed for on delivery or delivered to an alternative address.
